Transport to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD)
Take metro line 8 from Nuevos Ministerios station in the city centre. The journey takes 15 minutes and runs every 5 to 15 minutes between the hours of 06:00 to 02:00. You could also catch the bus, which takes 40 minutes and runs every 15 minutes during the day and every 35 minutes at night. You can catch the bus from the corner of O'Donnell and Doctor Esquerdo, Plaza de Cibeles and Atocha Station. To take a tram, catch the “metro ligero” from Chamartín, Nuevos Ministerios, Atocha or Príncipe Pío. The service runs every 8 to15 minutes between 06:00 and 01:30 and takes approximately 11 minutes.
